The stable version, that should be used for production use (if desired), can be downloaded here
Software should run well on its own, albeit it requires a Python interpreter. Prediction, given just a sequence, requires working installation of jackhmmer (and a BLAST formatted sequence database), as well as working installation of HHblits with a respective database. Afterwards, PconsC needs a PSICOV executable and a functioning MATLAB installation.
